For the best IdeaHub Virtual HQ experience, use Google Chrome and allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted.
Use a Supported Browser
Open the IdeaHub Virtual HQ using the latest version of Google Chrome or another modern browser.
Allow Camera Access
When your browser asks for camera permission, choose Allow.
Allow Microphone Access
When prompted for microphone permission, choose Allow.
Check Your Devices
On the virtual-office pre-join screen, confirm that the correct camera and microphone are selected before entering.
Still having trouble?
If your camera or microphone is not working, check your browser permissions, refresh the page, and try entering the Virtual HQ again.
